**Real Estate second half taxes are due July 31, 2026
**Manufactured Home first half taxes are due March 2, 2026
**Manufactured Home second half taxes are due July 31, 2026
Delinquent Real Estate & Manufactured Home bills are due-October 9, 2026**
**Please be sure to have your envelope hand stamped by your post office if you wait to mail your payments within a few days of the deadline. We must look at the USPS postmark for on-time payments. If your envelope is NOT postmarked in time, your payment WILL be subject to penalty charges. Any questions, please contact our office, 419-447-1584, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
**NEW-we can now email your bill to you instead of mailing the bill. Just go to our main home screen page, click on the Info tab and then the Tax Form tab. From there go to the "Email billing request" form and return the completed form to our office and we will complete your request.
